Master Bedroom

SeaDrift Master Bedroom is the perfect retreat for anyone who would like to wake up with the sunrise (or not). This space includes a king bed with NEW Tuft & Needle mattress, 40" TV, en-suite bath, and plenty of storage. It's sure to provide the best bedside views around!


Living Space

Open living space keeps the family together, yet provides space to spread out. Dining for 4-6, a comfortable sofa and chairs with views of the oceanfront. Take in the game or your favorite program on our New LG 55" Smart TV,  or step out to the private patio to enjoy the oceanfront views over & over again! 


Sweeping Oceanfront Views

Unit 206 is our newest marquis condo with stellar views of the oceanfront, all front-row to the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach. A perfect place to enjoy our spectacular sunrises with a morning cup of coffee or the rainbow of colors in our sunsets each evening. It's the best spot on property to take in all our beautiful beach has to offer!


Updated Kitchen

This completely updated kitchen is open to the rest of the floor plan, has all the essentials with modern appliances. Views of the ocean, courtyard, and pool area allows you to keep tabs on the family while preparing the next meal! Keurig or drip coffee, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker, and  wine glasses available for all your adult beverage needs!


Guest Room

Our guest room is perfect for families! We provide a Smart TV for all the streaming choices, plenty of storage, a NEW Tuft & Needle Queen bed, twin bed with NEW cooling memory foam mattress, and a trundle-bed for an additional child. Pack n' Play is available for infants. Steps from the hall bathroom with a shower/tub, so everyone has room to get ready for a day at the beach!


Hotel-Style Luxury Amenities 

Tommy Bahama luxury amenities provided to all our guests. Shampoo, conditioner, body gel, body lotion, bar soap and loofah! We also include makeup remover wipes. Long live the island life... Enjoy!
